Vertical Integration

Mahavir Spinfab is a vertically integrated unit located in Northern India. The unit boasts a weaving section, which consists of warping, sizing and 50+ looms; a dyeing section, consisting of machines such as Continuous Dyeing range and Continuous Bleaching range; a coating/lamination section; and a finishing section. We also have three stitching units to offer our customers with finished garments.

Centrally Located

Mahavir Spinfab is centrally located at the heart of India, which in turn is well positioned in Asia. This gives us the edge of better transit times for our customers & suppliers alike, both in the domestic market as well as the international market.

Our location also helps us procure raw materials at a lower cost as well as hire well suited professionals at our units.

Quality Control

Mahavir Spinfab strengths is in consistency, as being a vertically integrated unit helps in close monitoring of the fabrics as well as garments. We can improve the quality of products and this has helped us achieve a higher customer satisfaction every year, while we strive to keep adding needed testing equipments as well records of data. Our in-house lab testing keeps a record of all the fabrics and garments manufactured, thus easing the process of back-traceability.

Research and Development

We hold our beliefs of constant innovation and designing of new products. This has led us to our current leading position in the technical fabrics. With our in-house lab as well as a separate Research & Development section, it has helped us in teaching us with new technologies to develop Flame Retardant fabrics, improving color fastness of Cotton garments, Hi-Visibility dyeing of FR fabrics, producing unique combinations for specific customers and much more.

Think Environmental

Holding to our concern for the environment, we have installed a state-of-art Zero-Liquid discharge plant at our unit. As textile industry is a highly water dependent unit, we make sure that the wastewater is treated and can be re-used at our units instead of being drained outside. We have also installed wet scrubbers and evaporators at the critical locations to minimize the risk of air pollution from outlets.

Government policies

The move of our government to provide better subsidies and drawback rates, as well improving infrastructure all around the country, is helping not just our business, other businesses as well. This is letting us have faster processing of documents, faster clearance of goods as well as quicker transit times.

Garment production capacity: 1.92 million pieces per year.
