Mahavir Spinfab is a premier innovator and manufacturer of advanced textile systems for human safety. Since 1995, we have collaborated with various industries and defense organizations to deliver cutting-edge protective products.
Starting as a small coating facility in Kanpur, India, we have grown into a team of over 1,000 professionals with an annual capacity of 15 million meters of fabric and 3 million garments. Our commitment to quality involves controlling the entire manufacturing process in-house, from fiber to finished product. This expertise allows us to create robust systems that excel in challenging environments.
This is the beginning of our story. Mahavir SpinFab is established as a textile mill in Kanpur, India.
We vertically integrate our offerings in the apparel sector our first stitching unit is established.
With rising demand internationally, We expand our production capacity, to 500k garments per annum.
We install the continuous bleaching and dyeing ranges in our units thereby, increasing our capacity to more than 8 million meters of fabric annually.
Hot-melt coating and lamination process lines are installed in one facilities. This expands our capabilites to wider range of technical textiles.
We further integrate our capabilites by installing air and water jet looms. Thereby,increasing our capacity to 12 millions meter of fabric.
we setup an eight color rotary printing facility. Enabling us to start manufacturing camouflage wear with advanced combust feature for international defence force.
